Maravonda's fundraising PROGRAMS

2: PRE-ORDER – SINGLE COFFEE PRODUCT = One single type of private labeled coffee (example: Kennedy High Breakfast Blend). Students sell private labeled coffee by using Pre-Order Forms. Coffee is available in ground, whole bean and decaf. Final group order is determined by the total number of bags that each student has sold from the Pre-Order Forms.

This program allows the group to have no up front cost. Customer has the flexibility of choosing whole bean, ground or decaf from the Pre-Order Forms.  Also, privatizing your coffee label allows you advertise your organization in your community. This results in building an awareness of your program and assists you in increasing attendance at your events.

SETTING UP YOUR FUNDRAISER:

• Determine number of selling players/members…distribute Pre-Order Forms.
• Select coffee type. Example: Breakfast Blend.
• You provide us your logo electronically or we create a logo for you.
• We produce customized coffee label with your logo and name.
• Players/members can pre-sell prior to coffee delivery by using customized Email Marketing Letter and Pre-Order Form.
• You combine Pre-Order Forms and place your coffee order.
• Coffee delivered per agreed date and time.

Customize your label :

Pick your group's color (s) and use your logo or pick from our wide variety of icons to customize your label. View all our icons.

We will work with you to develop a custom label for the front of our bags. A secondary label is also available for putting schedules or addtional information on the back of the bag.
